Do you have a physical store?
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we do, but please note that we don't have a traditional "storefront." If you order in advance through the shop, your goods will be ready for pickup here. If you're not sure exactly what you need yet, it's best to just give us a quick call so we know when you're coming.
Our regular opening hours are Mon-Thu 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and Fri 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
However, the office is not always continuously staffed. Please contact us by phone beforehand.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days. We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, but are, of course, also dependent on delivery services.
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 2-3 business days, and international deliveries within 3-4 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries or shipments are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
