Sanding pad

Our grinding discs can be used with handheld concrete grinders or angle grinders to grind mineral substrates or remove old coatings. A grinding disc always consists of a metallic base plate, which is fitted with a suitable abrasive.

Our grinding discs, equipped with diamond segments, are particularly suitable for surface processing of hard materials such as concrete and screed. They have a long service life with optimal dust extraction and a low overall height. The ring arrangement allows for the full working width of the tool to be utilized.

Our grinding discs, equipped with carbide grit, on the other hand, are primarily used for removing old coatings. The curved design offers the advantage that only 1/6 of the tool actively works on the substrate, while the remaining 5/6 of the tool runs through the air without friction and cools down in the process. This prevents the friction surface from smearing, making it possible, for example, to remove bituminous roofing felt without the grinding disc getting clogged.

Satinizing rollers

Our satin finishing rollers are attachments for satin finishing machines, which you can use for satin finishing, grinding or polishing, among other things. We offer rollers in various designs and grit sizes. When using the satin finishing roller, work with as little pressure as possible to avoid increased wear. In addition, the rollers should only be used in clockwise rotation, and the maximum speed per minute must be observed, as otherwise the roller could be destroyed and pose a danger to people.

In addition to the satin finishing rollers, we also have a suitable adapter, also called an arbor, in our product range. Thanks to its M14 mount, the arbor can be used with all common satin finishing machines, angle grinders and polishing machines. Please make sure that you can set the maximum speed of the satin finishing roller or that the device does not exceed it.

Wire brush

Our coated steel wire brush is suitable for a wide range of surfaces, for example for sanding, matting and cleaning metal or for removing old varnishes, paint or rust.
