How long does shipping take?
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days. We strive for the fastest possible processing, but of course we are also dependent on the delivery services.
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 2-3 business days, and international deliveries within 3-4 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there are no deliveries or shipments on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you require express shipping, please contact us by phone.

Product Information
What is the difference between SDS Plus and SDS Max?
What is the difference between SDS Plus and SDS Max?
SDS Max and SDS Plus are two different types of chuck systems used in the construction and trade industries, especially for drills and rotary hammers. Here are the main differences between the two:
- Shank diameter SDS Plus approx. 10 mm
- Shank diameter SDS Max approx. 18 mm
SDS Plus is smaller and lighter than SDS Max. It is often used in smaller drills and for lighter applications. SDS Plus is widely used and compatible with a variety of drills.
SDS Max systems often offer improved vibration and shock absorption properties compared to SDS Plus, making them suitable for longer operating times and less operator fatigue.

How do I find the right saw blade?
How do I find the right saw blade?
Not every saw blade is suitable for every circular saw. Important factors here are the outer diameter of the saw blade and the diameter of the bore. Also pay attention to any auxiliary holes. To find the correct cutting width and plate thickness, you need to know that the thickness of the splitter should be between these two values. These values can be found between the outer diameter and the bore diameter.
The saw blades we offer have a diameter of 130 to 600 millimeters and a tooth count of 24 to 80.

How do I find the right cutting disc for which material?
How do I find the right cutting disc for which material?
Not every cutting disc is suitable for every material. It is therefore important to choose the right cutting disc. In our product range, you will find universal cutting discs, as well as those specifically designed for concrete or tiles. Our extra-thin tile cutting discs achieve particularly precise results here.

How do I find the right drill bits for each material?
How do I find the right drill bits for each material?
To find the right metal drill bit for your needs, it is important to know the properties of the material you will be working with. You should then select the appropriate metal drill bit. Every metal drill bit should be a so-called HSS drill bit, i.e., a High-Speed Steel drill bit. You can rest assured that you will find these drill bits in various designs with us.
There are also metal drill bits that are roll-forged, ground, cobalt-alloyed, or titanium-nitride coated. For instance, roll-forged metal drill bits are primarily used for alloyed and unalloyed steels, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, and sintered metals. Ground metal drill bits are used, among other applications, for non-ferrous metals, steel, cast iron, graphite, bronze, and brass, and with cobalt-alloyed metal drill bits, you can process CrNi steel, cast iron, bronze, and sheet metal. Therefore, when purchasing, always make sure to order the correct metal drill bit for your base materials.
