Please select "with arbor" or "without arbor" for each hole saw. There is one arbor for hole saws from 14-30 mm and one arbor for hole saws from 32-210 mm in diameter (universally applicable). Depending on the hole saw selected, we will supply the appropriate hexagonal arbor with pilot drill if you have selected "with arbor". User Notes: Selecting the right hole saw: Choose the hole saw according to the diameter of the desired hole. Make sure the hole saw is suitable for the material you want to work with (e.g., wood, metal, plastic). Preparation: Make sure the hole saw is sharp and undamaged. Securely mount the hole saw on the chuck of your drill or cordless drill. Check that the pilot drill is correctly seated in the hole saw. Work preparation: Mark the exact position of the hole on the workpiece. Secure the workpiece firmly to prevent movement during drilling. Application: Hold the drill firmly with both hands. Position the pilot drill of the hole saw at the marked spot and start drilling at a low speed. Gradually increase the speed as the teeth of the hole saw penetrate the material. Apply even, controlled pressure to prevent jamming or snagging. If necessary, work in intervals to prevent the hole saw from overheating and to remove drilling dust. Safety instructions: Protective equipment: Always wear personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves, to protect yourself from injuries caused by flying particles. Stable working environment: Ensure that the workpiece is securely fixed and the work surface is stable. Avoid working on unstable or slippery surfaces. Hazard awareness: Always keep your hands and other body parts away from the work surface and rotating parts. Always turn off the drill and disconnect it from the power supply before making adjustments or changing the hole saw. Ventilation and dust extraction: Work in well-ventilated areas or use dust extraction, especially when processing materials that generate a lot of dust. Maintenance tips: Cleaning: After each use, thoroughly clean the hole saw with a clean cloth to remove material residue. Remove drilling dust and deposits from the teeth of the hole saw. Inspection: Regularly inspect the hole saw for wear and damage. Look for worn or broken teeth. Replace the hole saw if there is visible damage or significant wear to ensure optimal performance and safety. Sharpening: Sharpen blunt hole saws with suitable tools or have them professionally sharpened to maintain cutting performance. Storage: Store the hole saw in a dry place, preferably in a protective cover or tool box, to protect it from moisture and mechanical damage.
